Bachelor's degree

A TESL Canada, TESL Ontario or CELTA (or the equivalent) certification

Genuine fluency in English. An excellent knowledge/command of English grammar and of communicative language teaching techniques.

Experience is highly beneficial. However, new, fully qualified teachers will be considered.
