πŸ“„ About the Position & Who We’re Looking For EPIK teachers work full-time in public schools, helping students improve their English through speaking, listening, and cultural activities. As a teacher, you'll collaborate with Korean co-teachers, prepare engaging lessons, and bring a positive, adaptable mindset to the classroom. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, culturally curious, professional, and ready to embrace a new adventure while making a meaningful impact on students’ lives.
Plan and conduct English lessons focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing for students in elementary, middle, or high school.
Assist Korean co-teachers with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom activities.
Create fun and interactive learning materials such as games, presentations, and worksheets to enhance student engagement.
Participate in school events and activities, including English camps, festivals, and teacher workshops.
Requirements
Native English speaker from: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
Bachelor’s degree (any major): USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (minimum 100 hours) or teaching license (preferred)

Competitive Salary: 2.2 – 2.8 million KRW/month (based on qualifications & location)
Vacation: 26 working days + all Korean national holidays
Housing: Rent-free furnished housing provided
Flight Allowance: Entrance Allowance of 1.8 million KRW
